NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : lady gaga - do what u want (ft. r kelly) & dope

After the 'ARTPOP' era seemed to have quite a solid aesthetic to it at first...these promo singles (and the alternate covers for 'Venus') all feel so different, I'm really questioning how the album art will turn out, ha! But you can't argue with Stefani's buns...ooft!

...Or her gnarled teeth for that matter... Is anyone else getting Gorillaz vibes from this one?

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : kelly clarkson - get up (a cowboys anthem)

RCA have decided to re-release this track as a promo single, probably to drum up more buzz around Kells' recent greatest hits album.

It was originally a Pepsi promo son for the NFL, below is the original artwork:

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : kendrick lamar - bitch don't kill my vibe (ft. lady gaga)

Gaga and Kendrick decided to unveil the demo of the song they worked on together (but originally was never going to be released) - including its very own artwork, featuring a photo from Gags' halloween party! Check it ouuuut:

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : lana del rey - blue velvet & ride

Larnsy-boo has been signed a lucrative deal with H&M for their latest ad campaign, not only as the face of their new range but also she has recorded a cover of 'Blue Velvet' - check out the simple cover below:

In other (and more interesting) Del Rey news, the first single from the 'Born To Die : Paradise Edition' re-release has been announced - 'Ride'. The artwork doesn't have that usual Lana glow about it, but she can do no-wrong in my eyes, so I'll look over any minor type placement mishaps it includes....

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : faith evans - tears of joy

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : nelly furtado - parking lot

Is it just me or is Nelstar's latest promo campaign going a bit off the rails? :/ I'm excited for the album, but everything feels a little disjointed and thrown together...Here's the latest artwork for promo single 'Parking Lot'.

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : cassie - balcony (ft. young jeezy)

Cass is readying the release of mixtape 'Rock-a-Bye' and the first promo single is the Drake-esque (and Rico Love penned) 'Balcony'. The artwork doesn't give too much of an indication of the mixtape's visual direction - but with a song sounding this good, I'm not too worried :)

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : aubrey o'day - somebody i used to know (remix)

NEW LIMITED EDITION : florence + the machine - spectrum (say my name) (white vinyl edition)

A new Florence single means a new limited edition white vinyl! We've seen her previous releases from the 'Ceremonials' era (check them out here) have the divine makeover - with a new image taken by Karl Lagerfeld and housed in a deluxe sleeve. Check out 'Spectrum' below:

NEW REMIX EP ARTWORK : madonna - MDNA (nightlife edition remix EP)

a smirnoff exclusive, featuring remixes of 'give me all your luvin' and new single 'turn up the radio'...no major changes here but loving that they used the (better than the standard edition) deluxe artwork :)

NEW EP & SINGLE ARTWORK : dawn richard - armor on (EP) & change, fly & black lipstick

dawn is releasing this EP as a prelude to her forthcoming debut album 'goldenheart'. on first glance i thought it was kelis droppin some new ish, but on closer inspection the cheap-as-you-like typeface, gives it away..this is ever so slightly low budget :/ which is a shame, as i know what they were going for!

dawn also released buzz covers for three of the tracks from the EP:

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : monica & brandy - it all belongs to me

it's here! it's here! the debut of 'the boy is mine' part 2! both ladies are on point vocally with this song :) the artwork is still in it's "promo single cover" stage...hoping for some fyahhh when the updated official artwork arises (i'm predicting a video still cover...)

NEW LIMITED EDITION ARTWORK : florence + the machine - shake it out & no light no light (white vinyl edition)

flo flo has teamed up with karl lagerfeld (creative director of fashion giant "chanel") to create two limited edition printings of her singles 'shake it out' and 'no light no light'. the official statement reads: "each cover has been screen printed, silver foiled and hand numbered on pristine white card and features a unique series of photographic portraits personally taken by the fashion legend, which will remain exclusive to these releases.  each sleeve houses a heavyweight 180-gram 12" white vinyl contained in a black inner bag". both are limited to 500 copies each, excited?

and here is a video showcasing the manufacturing process of the vinyl....BEAUTIFUL!!!

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : neon hitch - fuck u betta

UPDATE 1 : check out the freshly released cover for the more demure titled 'love u betta' here!

UPDATE 2 : below is a fan-made...here is the real artwork :P

neon's latest filthy-mouthed smash...it is a buzz single only at the moment so the artwork is a little plain...loving the "i don't givva, keep looking at my" attitude she's giving though :D

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : teyana taylor - make your move (ft. wale)

so will 2012 be the year teyana FINALLY releases the album we've been waiting for? first of will be an EP titled 'the misunderstanding of teyana taylor' (inspired by lauryn hill's classic debut album...) and this single is set to be included...

and so the new year of music and artworks begins!! excited?

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : lady gaga - stuck on fuckin' you

lady gaga decided to say "merry christmas" to all the little monsters by posting a previously unheard song 'stuck on fuckin' you'...it's not a single, but it's a lovely present with it's very own artwork:

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : lana del rey - off to the races

this week's UK itunes free download...not larns' best song, but still a solid performance. the cover artwork yells out "buzz single" cover, but that logo is purdy, so i won't complain :D

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : nicki minaj - roman in moscow

sooooo....if you don't know, nix is re-releasing (or "updating") 'pink friday', as 'pink friday : roman reloaded'....basically nicki is bringing a sophomore album out (a la 'the fame monster' to 'the fame'), in the form of her alter ego roman!! here's the artwork for the first glimpse of the album, 'roman in moscow'...nothing too special, but i'm holding out for some kick ass artwork for the actual album sleeve!

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : cassie - sound of love (with dj komori) & make you a believer (ft. jadakiss) & radio (ft. fabolous)

!BUMPER CASSIE POST ALERT!

so i stupidly forgot to post about these buzz singles from cass', that surfaced over a month ago (in truth, i didn't know they had covers until i discovered her sound cloud page the other day...) anywho! let's get on with showing you some cassie artwork-ness!!

loving that her original loo has crept back :) obviously it is a buzz cover so nothing special, but loving that there is one anyway, seeing as these songs were only released on a mixtape.

love this song, probably my favourite from the three...and they used type like it's on an alarm...clock...RADIO! original or what?? :)

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : ashanti - never too far away

'shanti is on her way back :D!
