NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : p!nk - true love

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : p!nk - just give me a reason (ft. nate reuss)

Meh-central :/ Too many typefaces, awkward colouring on "P!NK" and what looks like a video still image... equals not good in simonsez's opinion. Even though 'Try's artwork was a rip off of Kylie's 'X' cover, it still beats this one hands down.

SHOOTING THE ARTWORK : p!nk's 'the truth about love'

I've had a month to really get into P!nk's latest album 'The Truth About Love' - check it out, it's rurrrlll good! - and that includes it's artwork! So, I decided to post this behind-the-scenes look at the Andrew Macpherson photoshoot (who's been responsible for visuals for multiple P!nk album's, including the awesome 'Try This'), which shows the multiple vintage looks Ms. Moore tried out. Get into it below:

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : pink - try

Here is probably the most intriguing artwork-related story I've found since coming back from holiday...the new Pink artwork has leaked by accident! Popjustice has reported that the photographer/designer Andrew Macpherson accidentally uploaded the artwork for next single 'Try' before hastily deleting it. Luckily for us though some beady-eyed Pink fans managed to hit the "Copy" button :) Macpherson has been a long time collaborator of Pink, designing covers for 'Try This', 'I'm Not Dead', 'The Hits...So Far!' & latest album 'The Truth About Love (check them all out here).

p.s. Anyone getting serious vibes of Kylie's 'X' artwork?

NEW ALBUM ARTWORK : pink - the truth about love

UPDATE : So, after reading a post on one of my favourite blogs (The Prophet Blog
 - check it!), my view on this cover altered. The Proph' noted that 'Funhouse' was a "modern take on the vintage, carnival setting, while 'The Truth About Love' puts an edgier spin on the fifties pin-up look"...SO TRUE! Just from those words, I can seperate the two albums and get re-excited for this album. Amen.

I'm torn. Half of me loves it. Half of me feels she's done the "vintage" look before (see photography from 'I'm Not Dead' or overall design of 'Funhouse'). For me, this album needs to be different from the last two - they were both solid and awesome pieces...but they were basically the same album, if we're all honest (even down to their artwork and booklets). So, I'm going to hold my breath until I see the future single covers and the full album layout design.

p.s. We all know Pink is amazing though. No denying that fact.

NEW SINGLE ARTWORK : pink - blow me (one last kiss)

LOVELOVELOVETHIS! Pink has slayed us again with some awesome design for her new single cover. Getting a vintagey, 60s illustration poster vibe from it and it is giving me life. Excited for the new album artwork :D

p.s. Do we think the "Coca Cola"-esque logo is her new logotype?

NEWS : stop your life! pink is shooting her new album artwork!!!

AMAZING NEWS! New Pink tunes are on the way, as Ms. Moore took to her twitter to upload this photo:

Accompanied by:

"Lunchtime at my album photoshoot. Deborah Anderson takes some purty pictures"

YAYYYYYYY! Can't wait for this to come and slay the charts and everyone else, she has never disappointed before. Also, Deborah Anderson has worked with Pink before on the 'Funhouse' artwork, so we know the visuals are in safe hands.

I am so ready for this!
